As we navigate remote work during this uncertain time, one thing is clear to me: The path back to our “new normal” must be highly tailored to meet the needs of our individual teams and companies. We’ve all proven that large-scale work from home policies are possible, but how will these changes affect the industry and our city in the long run? It may be too soon to tell.
