Defined by historic residential, eye-popping retail and green space, Boston’s Newbury Street shopping district reflects both the character of the Back Bay neighborhood, as well as the vibrancy and excitement of high-end retail. My team and I have the unique opportunity to design a new retail and office building for the last developable parcel of land on the street. Our goal? To build the best 21st century building for the neighborhood by respecting and enhancing its urban context.
I recently sat down with Boston Business Journal editor Catherine Carlock to discuss our proposed design and how we can best activate the corner of Newbury Street and Dartmouth Street. Check out the link below to learn more about our vision.
