Our team recently completed the large-scale repositioning of Center Plaza, a 741K SF property formerly anchored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and strikingly outdated. By warming the exterior arcade, bolstering the penetration of natural light into each office floorplate, improving shared amenities and rejuvenating the complex’s many lobbies, CBT turned Center Plaza into an attractive spot for companies driving the innovation economy.
