Once a symbol of isolated prestige and status, the executive corner office has evolved alongside shifting workplace ideologies regarding leadership and corporate culture to become a space not defined by rank or authority, but by how a company views itself. For many companies, the design of leadership suites has surpassed the needs of the ego and now serves each company’s main objectives, encouraging collaboration, transparency and egalitarianism.
